I lost another Pound. Yea, I scared that I won't be able to keep it off. I even ate Pizza Hut yesterday. BUT, I ate two slice of thin crust cheese pizza and a salad with very little dressing. The rest of my days, I ate healthy and low points. Seeing the pounds drop off proves to me, that WW really works for me. It is hard getting started, but after one week it really gets easier. So here to another good day on WW and losing weight. CHEERS!!!!
