Was the Tour of Italy at Olive Garden and the wine worth the 1 pound gain? Ok, yes, yes it totally was. It was amazing and I enjoyed every single moment of it, I admit it. And oddly enough, I'm re-motivated to get back on track because I've been losing focus. Maybe it was when I looked at the calories for that one meal and saw it was MORE THAN AN ENTIRE DAY'S WORTH (not even counting the wine). . . that I realized I was falling deep into a downward spiral again. It was my cheesy, saucy wake up call. So yeah, it was totally worth it. Now I'm focused on getting back on track again. It's a journey.
