Day 1: I’m getting back on track.
Don’t know if I can do strict keto diet but today I had 51 carbs, 17 fiber for net 34 carbs. 1435 calories. I’m thinking 75% fat, 20% pro, and 5% carbs. From what I’ve read some one like me with a sedentary lifestyle should have this higher fat n lower carbs, we shall see what happens. I’m not saying I cannot just I want to do my best.

I’ve gained 16 pounds since last January. Just eating what I want. Kids moved out, I moved from Texas to MS where my family is. The family pressure to eat and Sunday lunches are difficult.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
