Day 2 lipo6 black hers

Ran yesterday plus kettle ball and leg exercises

Egg salad sandwich orange Asian salad 3 pieces beef jerky 64 oz water plus 1 protein lean shake
162.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
