Brussels sprouts from frozen with everything bagel seasoning, a little cheese that didn't stick and some balsamic which I ended up swapping for lemon juice because it needed a different acidic note. I'm going to have to dig for technique tips on making them extra crispy on the outside like they have at BO-Beau. Anyways, ate these with a piece of the egg white quiche (crispy crust, anyone?) and I am a little over for the night. On the other hand, fiber is up there.
