1560 kcal Fat: 81.30g | Prot: 99.38g | Carb: 116.34g.   Breakfast: Rick Bayless Mexican Mix Granola, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids) , Total 2% Yogurt, Coffee. Lunch: Klassic 3 Seed Snackers, Natural Peanut Butter, Baby Carrots , Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame Sprouted Whole Grain Bread, Fried Egg. Dinner: Soybeans (Mature Seeds, Steamed, Cooked), Cucumber (with Peel) , Arugula (Rocket) , Asian Style Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette, Pacific Salmon Burgers, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Aztec Hot Chocolate, Unsweetened Frozen Raspberries. more...
