Cake and cookie show on the scale. Oh well. Will try again. Today was 14th WO this month, 5th this week. 25 min on bile & 30 minutes pilates.
123.7 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
