I am tired... I have done 10 min on the treadmill today. Not going to beat myself over the head because I didn't do the other 20. I am OK... I just feel kind of blah right now. It's what happens when I don't want to really do much of anything.

I've got a case of the blah's, but at least I am still good with my eating. That's what I have going! I need to get DVD-R's tomorrow, so I can start with the Power 90 series.

Hopefully it will help me with my coordination, and strength. I'm just gonna do my own thing with the diet, because it's what works for me!
