Wheeeee!!! And I'm off!
My out-of town BF and I are off for 5 days together, so I won't be as active on here as I have been this week. I still plan on getting all my exercise, especially the cardio *wink wink, nudge nudge*, and I'll try to log my food, but I might not weigh in. We'll see.
Bad news is lots of eating out for the next 5 days. Good news is that he's been doing Atkins for 9 years now, so he'll be able to help me figure out what's safe to eat on the menus.
I hope everyone has as great a weekend as I'm planning to have!
