I am starting a diet again today and this is going to be the last time. I don't care how long it takes, I am NOT giving up. I will keep losing the weight until I can get back down to the weight I was before. I may not be able to get to that exact weight, but I will at least get close, because I am done being fat and self-conscious. I am a wonderful and beautiful person, and my body should reflect that.
Day 1 starts now! Here we go!
