Hey everybody well I went to the gym tonight after work & I did 500 crunches with 60 pounds then I did my water resistance class for an hour & then I came home & did my 56 minutes of cardio that I didn't do this morning. I am so tried I could pass out. I'm off to take a shower & go to bed so I can get up & do it all over again.
