It's so funny when you recognize someone giving bad advice with the best intentions.
Well, today is rest day Wednesday so I'm going to have my emmissions inspection done instead of running. Also, gives me time to read the devotional before bible study tonight. I'm actually full of energy and want to run, but I didn't bring clean clothes so thats out. Hopefully, this energy carries over until tomorrow.
My case of the hungries carried over into today, so I had my lunch for breakfast and will have my breakfast for lunch. I am indeed feeling better.
