Try drinking a 160z bottled water 30mins before each meal. It has helped me to trick my brain that my stomach is full. When you go to eat you won't eat as much, which in return will help you lose weight faster! :) It's never a bad thing to eat lots of fruits and veggies when you are hungry after a meal! Also eat slow and take small bites. Good Luck! The first couple weeks are always the hardest!
