OK...week one (weekdays anyway) is almost over and I'VE DONE IT!! I exercised daily and maintained my diet. Yeah!! It hasn't been as hard as I expected, but I know I'm more psyched right now than I will be next week, and then all the weeks after that.
Had lunch yesterday at the Cheesecake Factory and then dinner at Cindy's....overall the day turned out OK, but it was rough.
Today, I've been cleaning house most of the day so I'm hoping those extra calories burned will show up on the scale next week.
Tomorrow, I'm thinking of riding my bike over to a friend's, just to see if I can. I go there 3X a week to walk, so if the bike ride's not too bad, I may do that in addition to my walk those 3 days...we'll see.
Better go now and finish cleaning. Fun!!
