1628 kcal Fat: 62.46g | Prot: 87.33g | Carb: 192.04g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Total 2% Yogurt, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids) , Rick Bayless Mexican Mix Granola. Lunch: Banana Pudding, Just A Handful of Simply Almonds, Cashews and Cranberries Trek Mix, Sugar Snap Peas, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Meatless Meatballs. Dinner: Quinoa (Cooked), Chik'n Nuggets, Arugula (Rocket) , Vinaigrette Dressing, Red Cabbage . Snacks/Other: Unsweetened Frozen Raspberries, Premium Hot Cocoa Double Chocolate, 1% Fat Milk. more...
