Felt pretty good most of the day. Here is my problem.....Woke up late and ran out of the house without b-fast. Got to work realized left my wallet at home, so I was able to scrounge up enough money for a couple of hard boiled eggs. Then at lunch I scraped the change from my desk drawer do a garden salad with one egg. I NEED TO PLAN!

Got home and am amazed at how little protein I have eaten. Will have another Chicken Breast once it is off the grill and probably some left over salad.

BUT, I did not feel anywhere near as distracted today Energy level was up most of the day...started to drag around, 3:30, but i think that was lack of protein. Every day will be a bit better.
