Daily Weigh-in for two days in a row show gains. Huh? Water or What. I expect to begin loosing weight in the next couple of days. I have not cheated been following pretty strict. Only trouble spot is eating more regularly throughout the day. Came home yesterday famished. Didn't go overboard, but did have 6 pickles :)
so I am wondering if the sodium in that is holding onto water. I am heading to Philly for work today so I won't be able to weigh in tomorrow morning, but on Thursday I will with a measurement.
250.2 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 65.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
