Did fast food twice today (Popeyes and Costco Pizza). The first significant surplus I’ve had in a long time. Should fuel my workout in the morning. Right now, I just want to go to bed.

Thanks guys! I’m very cautious about upping my calories. With my history, I want to avoid the slippery slope. I’m testing things this month and we’ll see where I land come Jan 1.

I’ll have another InBody scan at the beginning of January. That will be a good measure of how things are going. My weight was an all time low yesterday, so I’m not in a surplus despite all efforts 🤪

Workout was good today. Cut a little short as we ran into friends at the gym and kids had errands for us.
Did 2 sets of 5 reps at 205 after 8 reps at 185. 3 sets of 12 rows at 120 and Bicep tricep work. Started off with a nice hit circuit.

Yes, bench. Should have mentioned that 😜. I scaled back a bit over the last month to do more reps at lower weight and try to recover my shoulder. So far so good. Doing cable rotations for my shoulder and doing less shoulder presses for now.
