Did a lot of exercise over the weekend: biking to and hiking in Omura Nagasaki. Took a look at myself when I got home and decided I had lost enough weight. I didn't really intend to get so shrimpy anyway. From today I'm done with regular keto, and will be learning about gaining muscle on keto or paleo or some kind of low carb diet. Will be starting weight training and light cardio 3-4 x per week. Hoping my weight will rise again, but in muscle mass.
