So the weekend was on/off, mostly off. But it wasn't for nothing. I did eat better, planned my food, and was accountable for all the food I ate that wasn't the best choice. Now that the weekend is over, the game is on.

So I’m trying to be positive about it. I’m learning, and easing into the plan. This will be my new project, as I have been flailing around needing to keep busy and be successful at something. Work is not going well for me, as I’m exhausted, and things will improve once I get a better handle on my fitness. I’m not sure what is happening, as it is taking a turn for the worse. I used to have a life outside of my 5 hour work days. Now I’m wiped out completely after a full day of work. Of course, I have 5 full days a week now, instead of 3 like I used to. And then of course, this week is looking really scarce in the client department, I’m panicking because I don’t have clients! I do see how ridiculous I’m being, and that I have time to spend on here organizing my thoughts, and time to do a yoga or treadmill workout today before I go to work a little later today. Yay me!

So now, here I am, dumping the head stuff in order to get motivated to move. Over it, gotta get moving!
