Did a 10k event in Kikuchi today. My legs were so wobbly afterward, and sore. Had a brief departure from the diet, two bananas and an Italian seafood dish at a restaurant, higher carbs than normal, but I'm sure that with the exercise I've put it, if I'm knocked out of ketosis, it will only be briefly. Slept a LOT when we got home. 9:30 pm, I woke up and started making dinner.
158.7 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
