I did enter my actual food eaten for the past few days before I go on a diet. I have this idea in my head that I don't eat THAT much, but obviously something is wrong, as I have about 80 pounds to lose. I was actually surprised at how few calories that I ate yesterday, as I ate fast food (a rarity) and poorly at that. It was over 2200 calories, and high on the fat scale. So eating like that is why I'm here. I need to knock it back at least to 1600 a day.

I like the Dr. Oz site, lots of recipes and good suggestions, so I'm going to give that a try.
