Yesterday, I don't know if I had carb flu or some stomach bug, but after I threw up breakfast, I didn't have anything except bone broth about 3 times with a little Himalayan salt in it. Miserable! Better today.
167.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope you feel better. Carb flu is not really a flu just body adjusting to low carbing and it does not involve throwing up so this is different. Glad you are feeling better.

Plz pay attention to your lealth and listen to your body. If you feel sick, then don't force things. I don't want to scare you but I didn't listen to my body and I am still paying for that
