So it turns out today was not like I had imagined it to be. I've come up with a shopping list I hope to honor.

I'm sad with this weigh in weight but it's probably because of period bloat.

177.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
