Today I went for a run/walk when I got tired. What an incredible feeling it is to run in the wind. When you run against the wind it seems like a million people are screaming at you. I got used to that weirdness and endured an ok 30 minutes. Endorphins!

However the good vibes didn't last long. Not long after my run, I went to my grandma's house to eat with her and my mom. Their food is so good but you know the good stuff is filled to the brim with cals. I could hardly control myself. The food seemed to disappear. I looked around incredulously as I asked "Did I do that?" Their solemn nods confirmed what I already knew.

Right now I am wearing pretty tight size 9 pants which are really shrunken down. Their size may be closer to 8.5 (lol). I guess I was able to burn cals from the right places due to my Saturday run coupled with today's run.

But I have to promise myself not to consume any more cal today!
