Starting to track for this diet. I have been reading how this could possibly help reverse type II diabetes. I guess that depends on what stage I am in. I have been reading that drugs for type II diabetes forces glucose out of the blood stream (good except it forces it into cells where it is probably more dangerous!) There is a reason people that eat too many carbs are insulin resistant-the cells are trying to protect us. The best way to get glucose out of the blood is to stop eating all of it! Let's see what happens!

Good luck!!! There are other members here that are regulating their diabetes by eating lower carbs. It works. I am keto but not diabetic. I think it also have other good health and wellness benefits!!
