Haven't lost anything this week but i feel great. The excercise is doing its job and i assume that i've lost centimetres but not kilos.. my blood pressure has gone down and i'm able to jog on the treadmill now,something i have never been able to do..I have to remember that this is a change of lifestyle not just something to make me look better.. I'm getting positive health benefits already,so i'm happy.

Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! Those are some great results. The more active you can be, the more you can do to burn calories. Keep it up.

Good on you. At least if we keep active and get fitter the weight will come off. Keep it up, next week may be your week.
