Different day, same weight, but at least we're not going up. Swam in daylight yesterday, did much better. Something is "off" in the pool, I keep drifting to one side and hitting the wall, so either the current is too high in speed, the water is lower or my strokes are uneven, but it's easier to judge in daylight than it is in the dark. Going to try adding some water to even things out, but it's cold today, so I don't want to do it just yet. Our water main runs down a big hill in the sun, so it preheats the water a little bit if you can catch a sunny day.

Yesterday, I added the 1/2 avocado, but forgot to balance out the overall calories, so I was a bit over, especially since I did use the poppyseed dressing on a dinner salad when I added in my veggies at night. I was really hungry at bedtime, so I guess I just need to get used to that feeling again. I always end up singing "hello, hunger my old friend" to the tune of the "sounds of silence song;" fun times in my head. I need to buy some hard cheese, I think. Sticks with me longer than almonds for whatever reason.

Working my way through the other chaos. One step at a time. Best I can do. Finally, this pic made me laugh so hard yesterday. I'm not sure if it's really that funny or if there's something wrong with me. Or both? Just felt like it summed up my day.
