Today I feel good, with energy to keep my excercise. I feel that I'm losing weight, I wish I could lose five pounds per week, that would be my dream come true. I should be losing like that, I'm only eating 800 calories per day somtimes a little bit more. I need strenght to keep it up.

You would probably lose more if you ate a little more. Less is not necessarily more when losing weight. Eating too little can slow the metabolism. Try eating 1200 a day or switch up 800 with 1200 (high low) so your body gets used to it. The more you eat while losing, the easier maintaining will be.
