Im very dissapointed. I just lost 1 pound in two weeks, it's very hard when you know that you been working out, I must admit that I eat a couple of things that I shouldn't have, but, anyways I have to get up and keep going with this diet until I'm a healthy person under 130 pounds.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
