This is day 2 of weight watchers and I am finding it easy to count my points. I'm also trying to make healthier choices about how I use my points.
I didn't exercise yesterday or today, but I did walk the dog and feel better that I did something. Tomorrow I have a day off work and am planning to get on my Wii Fit. Haven't been on for a couple of months, but I used to love it. Great fun and after a couple of weeks before I felt a difference.
Off to play guitar hero 3 on Wii, love this game.
