I have changed my diet to weight watchers. I got a shock when I joined up online. I had previously joined up a couple of years ago and cancelled May 2007, since then I have put on 7.4lbs! The online tracker and recipes are great, I'm not sure that it is worth £9.95 a month, but I have paid up for 3 so will see how I get on.
I have read lots of people praising their Wii Fits. I have one and used it consistently for about the first month. It was very good and after a couple of weeks I did feel trimmer. I then got out of the habit and have not been on since. But thanks to everyone saying how much they love theirs I am now going to get back on it tonight. I loved the yoga and the strength training, the aerobics (Step and boxing) was very fun too.
