Yesterday was not a good day. Insomnia reared its ugly head and I only got about 3 hours of sleep before working 10 hours. Needless to say calories counting went out the window. I also only ate 1 veggie and drank 8 oz of water. Not happy about that but by the time I got home I just went straight to bed instead of catching up on the day. Today is a new day though, and I'm going to have 3 veggies and 24 oz of water to make up for yesterday. Back to counting calories too. Determined to stay on the wagon :)

Jessie, I hate insomnia, I call it racing head. Lately I've been drinking chamomile tea, its supposed to help to sleep. Twinning's Tea has a Sleepy Time Tea, the box is cute.. I haven't really noticed if it helps. I'm tired all the time anyway. Don't fall off the wagon Jessie.
