I guess I'm pretty used to drinking my morning urine now, I don't think about it, no gagging, I wouldn't say I look forward to it... but the results speak for themselves. I have never lost weight this steadily while eating around 3700kcal everyday. It's crazy, i never thought that this diet would work. I was inspired by former UFC champion Lyoto Machida, google him if you don't know.
