I knew last week was a bad week! Hopefully gaining again is the wake up I need to plan better and keep my calories lower. It's a new week and a new day. I'm determined to be a healthier person who makes wiser food choices! :)
153.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's what I'm talkin' about. I'm finding it's easier to stumble and pick back up were I left off, than it is to stay in the guilt and remorse and give up on everything I've done so far. When I feel that way this site is awesome to reflect on the really good days I've had. Also I've eaten like a Neanderthal for the last 2 years, it's not going to change overnight.

It's so easy to feel like you've fallen off the wagon and let that feeling keep taking you down. I'm also loving being more active on this site because people are so positive and I know I'm not alone, everyone's struggling but we can positively influence each other :) Work has been crazy for me for about a week and I've been making bad food choices and not visiting the site as much. Checking in here is making me feel so much better! I put my computer on a box and am standing to type. Making active decisions to be active :) Your note made me feel better, hopefully I'm returning the favor! Keep on rocking :)
