Little sleep last night, so I skipped the workout this morning. Did a 20 minute dog walk, however. Trying to record everything I eat. Saw a recent article that said it's a good strategy.

I saw that article too- I think it came up on my google news. Although I'm always glad to see scientific evidence for this kind of thing, it seemed kind of like a no duh in a way. At least it offers support for the fatsecret food journal (and I'm sure similar efforts by other people promoting weight loss efforts). Good to see you here. Things going well, it looks like. :)
