I have to get back on track! I've realized that if I have to go out, my willpower is down the drain! If I'm at home, I can do this diet perfectly! And it's Thanksgiving in Canada today/tomorrow...good luck to me!

Willpower is one of the keys, the other is a clear understanding that when we look at bad carbs, we are looking at a poison of sorts (something which weakens us). I would enjoy my Thanksgiving (within reason of course) and then adjust to a more perfect SBD way of eating in the following days. Good luck lisapisa!

Try to work on portions and just take it one bite at a time! :) Don't feel like you are depriving yourself, but don't eat a full portion of something that doesn't agree with healthy eating. You can do it! :)
