So, my computer died and I am finally back online! Have to update all my food and exercise diaries from my written notes.
Big news - weight was 270.4 lbs this a.m.
Though I did invest in a new scale that measures weight, fat % and hydration levels since my old scale showed me 3 different weights with a 5 lb range within minutes on Sat.
