Another day another lb. Feels a lot less pressured than other times I've tried to diet. I don't have to make any more effort food wise this week- just keep an eye on the junk in general. I came to uni on my bike again- I think my legs are getting over the shock now. Sadly only gonna get 3.5 hours uni time in today- so 26 hours in total but I'll try to some work at home and count that...
