Starting over.....again
This time, I have logged my weight and am willing to face where I'm really at. My plan is to follow healthy eating guidelines and journal my food. I will keep my calories between 1000-1200 a day. I do need to start exercising as well. Eventually, I have to grow up and accept that this is my life. Back when I got down to goal weight, I might have been working only part time and had the energy and time to exercise and stay on target. That was FOUR years ago. I've been working full-time days for the past 3 1/2 years. I need to get over my "back when's..." and get on with my life. I now work full time. If I want to get in shape and feel good about myself, I have to sacrafice something. I have to get my butt out of bed in the morning and go for a run. It makes me feel better throughout the entire day. So what if I'm warm and sleepy right then when my alarm goes off. Running makes me feel better...and keeps me on track. I'm pumping myself up for tomorrow. :)
