This whole weight loss thing gets frustrating. Just like every other aspect of my life, I'm up and down. Right now, I feel totally deprived because I have to count calories, watch my carbs, force myself to exercise. So I lash out and don't do it. In a few days, I'll be even more upset because the scale will show a gain. There's no end to this cycle of madness. I went to the store and have loaded up on some healthier choices. Wednesday, I will probably go to Costco...maybe even tomorrow. I'll be back on track for another week or two, just to get back down to the 149 range, so I can throw a hissy fit and act like a baby and throw it all out the window again. This time though, I'm still exercising through my hissy fit.

I really don't feel like trying to find the nutritional value of what I ate today:
BBQ chicken breast w/ skin and bone (didn't eat the skin)
baked beans
peanuts
tea w/ milk
grilled red pepper
chicken mango sausage (1 link)

Hmmm...all that crap I ate yesterday didn't make me feel well and helped the scale go UP. I expected the move upward, but I have to pay attention to the fact that I didn't feel good at all most of the day yesterday. It was because of the crap food I was putting into my body. And to be honest, I don't really think the taste was worth it. Will I have another bad day of eating? Most definitely, it's part of life. Eventually, though, I'll learn to tone it down. Little by little I'm realizing the taste of food is not worth the repercussions of poor eating.
