OMG I woke up and got on the scale after a bsy BUSY weekend and weighed 152 lbs! I've gained 17 lbs in the past year and a half & the buck stops here. Granted, I've quit smoking and had to stop running due to a knee injury, but sheesh. REALLY? I'm still active, I'm a pretty healthy eater overall, I don't eat fast food, and am harrassed regularly by my son for being the only mother in the world who doesn't buy soda or junky food like Pop Tarts, chips or cookies. I signed up today to hopefully stop the madness and get my arms around this issue before it gets out of control. I'm tired of my tight clothes and feeling worried about the upcoming beach season! So here we go...
