this stupid app crops so bad... but these are my jeans from 2010-2012. skinny 34. my other 34 pants are becoming saggy. shirt is the first m-size since the 90's if i don't remember totally wrong.

It's weird though. I can fit in smaller clothes but in the mirror I look just as big 🤷🏼‍♂️

Body dysmorphia. It’s normal. Embrace the new you. I don’t have to tell you to stay kind and humble because you always had that.

Me kind? You are very kind saying something like that. So... What is dysmorphia. I posted my "before" and after picture but gonna remove it as it has too much skin for my liking. But if you check it out now you can see what I mean. There is no 40lbs difference in that picture

No bro D. I wanted to get below 200 as fast as possible so I skipped on everything that could have slowed that down. I've lost a ton of muscle mass but had to do my new years resolution. 🙈
