Okay, well, I guess holding steady is better than going up! I thought i may have gained a pound, so no movement is better than that. I'm truly not eating nearly as much as I did when I was working, I would have thought enough to off set the reduced exercise. But obviously my metabolism has slowed too. I need to up the exercise!
127.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
