Ok so I did not do much excercise yesterday at all, and I had a low cal/carb monster after 7, however it only had a total of 20 calories so I'm not too upset. I didnt eat donuts that were at the house today (yay me), and all the JUNK the kids (and adults) ate last night when the cub scouts were over I stayed away from! I am so Happy! I am even more happy because I didnt take the puppies on a walk with me this morning and because of that I actually got to walk for an hour and a half at the pace I wanted to go (fast). I even pushed my fat behind and jogged a bit. Total I went about 7 miles in that hour and a half.
Needless to say my feet hurt, but I feel like I did something today. I was not happy that my fingers swelled up like fat sausages this morning cause it was so hot this morning. We are on day 4 of our heat advisory, but thats Texas in August. Anyway I hope the rest of the day follows suit and I stay on the right path!
