Tomorrow I join a weight loss challenge. This is a new experience for me though I have lots of experience in "dieting" and losing weight. This site is quite interesting because those who are apart of this challenge will be following any type of diet they want. I'll be following a way of eating that I know my body likes. It is very much like the Ideal Protein Diet, but more natural. I am hoping that by joining this public forum, I will practice what I know, improve my self care and accountability.
I look forward to tomorrow. Forward and onward.
