i am just getting to the point where i am so frustrated. i havent even lost anything and i swear i am just so sick of not seeing any results from my hard work. i just wish that i could motivate myself more... i am just sick of this so much...

Maybe you're not losing weight but your gaining muscles! Don't give up! You can do it. I have to keep telling myself that I didn't put this weight on in one night and that I'm not going to lose it in one night. I know it's frustrating and you want to give up but don't let it get the better of you. Hang in there! You'll see results soon!
