yay! yay yay yay! *jumps for joy* i am happy now. i was worrying that i had eaten too much but i realized that i have to eat something or else i just gain. but yay! im really glad i didnt gain again.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Congratulations on the three pound loss. You are really working hard! My only suggestion would be to get a diet book and read it (which ever you think you can live with) You can get one from the library. This will give you some guidelines. Also ask your mom to buy sugar free cereal instead of sugar loaded ones. Keep up the good work.
