it has been hard. If we are used to eat Keto and them you don't, the calories are high and you forget that you are eating fat. I have been going up 5-6 pounds, then I go back to what I want, but since I am not doing Keto as before I am up 5 pounds.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It looks like your weight is pretty stable. Yeah when you go off keto your cells take up some water. So true and you should take that into account. It is all good! Just numbers
