I was terrible yesterday. I drank 3 wines and 1 vodka. I ate with random abandonment - chick peas, almonds, frozen veggies, jello with whipped cream, popcorn. I just ate and ate and ate.

Lucky I didn't gain weight.

I also didn't feel good after drinking or when I got home, so tired and didn't sleep well. The moral. Don't drink.
172.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
